LOCAL REPRESENTATION
Claire’s office is located in downtown Chillicothe, Ohio. Claire meets with you in person to review your case prior to the hearing. She personally reads every medical record in your file. We are not a national firm who sends a non-lawyer representative. Your case will be handled by Claire herself.
WINNING RECORD
While we can’t guarantee that you will win your case, Claire has a highly successful record in Social Security court. If we accept your case that means we believe your case has merit and Claire will dedicate herself to obtaining benefits for you.
OUR STAFF
Our staff will welcome you to our office and treat you with respect. Your case receives the individual attention it deserves. We will request records from all of your medical providers and ensure that the Social Security Administration has all the information it needs to make a decision on your case. We will help you fill out any forms that the Social Security office sends you. You can be assured that Claire personally reviews each file, and communicates with the Court effectively to win your case. Obtaining disability benefits can be a lengthy process which makes it even more important to have an attorney who acts quickly on your behalf.
