Why Apply for Social Security Benefits?
If you are currently unable to work due to a serious injury or illness, Social Security benefits are there to help you make ends meet. The Social Security taxes you have paid are there to help you if you can no longer work. If you are eligible to receive Social Security Disability benefits, you can claim your benefits and help to close the financial gap. If you are unsure about your eligibility, give us a call so we can help you find out.
You may not realize that you can get benefits even if you are going to get better and plan to return to work some day. Your disability does not have to be permanent for you to be eligible for disability benefits.
Do I Have a Case?
If you have an illness or injury that will prevent you from working for at least one year, and you are not currently working, you may be eligible for Social security Benefits. Although some work is allowed, generally an applicant should be earning less than $1000.00 per month. The Social Security Administration will consider whether or not you can do any of your past jobs or sometimes even any other job. If your medicine prevents you from working you may also be eligible. Give us a call so that we can help you figure out whether or not you can get benefits. |

Our attorney fee is paid from any past due benefits you are owed, up to 25% or $6,000.00. The Social Security Administration will pay us directly out of your lump sum benefit if we win your case. You owe nothing unless we win your case.
